Vapi, Gujarat, India, March 2025 – Aniruddha Panchal has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at hubergroup, where he will be responsible for leading the entire spectrum of HR functions, including Security and Occupational Health Services. With over 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Panchal brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee relations, and industrial HR operations.
Panchal previously served as Lead Resource at Vikalp Business Solutions, where he provided strategic HR consulting and organizational excellence solutions. Prior to that, he had a distinguished 17-year tenure at hubergroup, where he built and led the HR function as Head of Human Resources and Vice President, Human Resources. During this period, he played a pivotal role in developing HR policies, driving compliance, improving employee engagement, and spearheading learning and development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Panchal spent over a decade at Atul Ltd., starting as a Maintenance Engineer before transitioning into HR leadership. He then held key HR positions at Alembic Limited and Transmetal Limited, where he was instrumental in establishing HR frameworks, managing industrial relations, and implementing talent development programs. His extensive background also includes executive coaching, lean manufacturing, and performance management.
Panchal holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD Delhi, where he was awarded a Silver Medal for academic excellence. His expertise in HR transformation, leadership coaching, and workforce development makes him a valuable asset to hubergroup’s continued growth and success.
