Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, July 2026 — Ramco Systems has elevated Sandesh Bilagi to the role of Chief Executive Officer. The appointment marks a significant milestone in the company’s transformation journey as it continues to strengthen its enterprise software offerings across Global Payroll, Aviation MRO, Logistics, and ERP.
Having played a central role in Ramco’s transformation over the past several years, Sandesh has helped drive operational excellence, strengthen delivery capabilities, and enhance customer success. Under the leadership team, Ramco achieved six consecutive quarters of operational profit through FY2026, reflecting the company’s continued focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Sandesh brings nearly three decades of global leadership experience across enterprise software, technology, finance, business operations, and strategic growth. Prior to his elevation, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Ramco Systems, where he was a member of the Global Executive Team responsible for driving strategy, business performance, legal and contracting, infrastructure and cloud operations, operations, PMO, and acquisitions. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President & Region Head – Oceania and before that as Vice President & Country Head – Australia & New Zealand, where he established and expanded Ramco’s Oceania business, building strong customer relationships and leading multiple award-winning engagements across the region.
Before joining Ramco in 2012, Sandesh was Senior Director – Sales at HCL Technologies, where he developed new business verticals across Australia and built high-performing sales teams. Earlier, during his extensive tenure at Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam Computer Services), he held several leadership positions including Head – Global Delivery Centre, China, Strategic Deals, Finance in Charge – Asia Pacific, and Finance Incharge – Telecom Business. He played a key role in establishing offshore delivery centres across China, managing regional finance operations across Asia-Pacific, and supporting large strategic technology deals.
Sandesh is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and completed his CPA (Strategy) qualification from CPA Australia during 2009–2010, further strengthening his expertise in strategic leadership, finance, and business transformation.
