With over 10 years at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Catherine Karalis has been instrumental in driving HR operations and professional development. Before this promotion, she served as National Senior Human Resources Operations Manager, where she played a key role in streamlining HR functions and enhancing staff engagement across the firm.

Prior to that, she held roles as National Human Resources Operations Manager, National Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator, progressively taking on greater responsibilities in HR strategy and workforce management.

Before joining Seyfarth, Catherine worked at HR Alliance Group, Inc., where she served as a Human Resources Consultant, providing HR solutions to various organizations. Her experience spans HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and professional development.
