With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in HR leadership and operations, Moira brings a wealth of expertise in HR transformation, organizational development, HR systems, and employee experience.
Prior to joining CVC, Moira served as HR Manager at CVC Secondary Partners (formerly Glendower Capital), where she played a key role in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and implementing HR best practices.
Before that, she was HR Manager – Operations, Projects & Systems at Advent International, where she oversaw HR systems, performance management, and data integrity while driving HR automation and strategic workforce planning.
Her career also includes HR leadership roles at The Fidelis Partnership, UK Payments Administration Ltd., and CSC UKI, where she specialized in employee relations, HR consulting, and process improvement. With extensive experience in HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and global HR transformation, Moira is well-positioned to support CVC’s people and culture strategies as the firm continues to expand its footprint in private equity, credit, secondaries, and infrastructure investments.
