Czar Victoriano-Lim brings over 15 years of experience in digital banking, payments, financial technology, and enterprise solutions. She has worked closely with leading financial institutions and enterprises, driving digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and business growth.
As President & Chief Executive Officer, she will lead Cartera’s strategic direction, strengthen customer and partner relationships, accelerate innovation, and support the company’s long-term vision of delivering secure, scalable, and customer-focused digital financial solutions.
