Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, July 2026 — Lenovo has promoted Hina Mahmood to Senior HR Partner – Lenovo Experience Group (LXG) and Corporate Strategic Alliances & Group Operations HR PMO, recognizing her continued contributions to strategic human resources leadership and organizational transformation across the global technology company.
In her expanded role, Hina will partner with business leaders across the Lenovo Experience Group (LXG), Corporate Strategic Alliances, and the Group Operations HR PMO, helping shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent initiatives, workforce planning, and cross-functional HR programs that support Lenovo’s global business priorities.
Hina has built an impressive career at Lenovo over more than seven years, progressing through a series of increasingly strategic HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as HR Partner – LXG and Corporate Strategic Alliances & Group Ops HR PMO, following earlier assignments as HR Partner – Lenovo Experience Group (LXG) & Group Operations HR PMO, where she supported enterprise-wide HR initiatives, leadership partnership, organizational planning, and operational excellence.
Earlier in her Lenovo journey, Hina partnered with the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) Commercial business as an HR Partner, supporting one of the company’s largest commercial business units while strengthening employee engagement, talent management, and business-aligned people strategies.
Before joining Lenovo, Hina served as HR Manager at EDTS, LLC, where she led a broad range of human resources initiatives supporting organizational growth and employee development.
She also participated in the Accelerated Development Program at Trane Technologies, gaining early leadership experience across multiple HR disciplines before joining Volvo Group as a Human Resources Representative, where she strengthened her expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and talent management.
Hina began her professional HR journey as a Human Resources Intern at Liberty Hardware, building a solid foundation in core human resources practices that has supported her continued progression into strategic HR leadership.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
With more than a decade of HR experience spanning technology, manufacturing, engineering, and professional services, Hina has developed expertise across business partnering, organizational development, HR program management, workforce strategy, leadership support, and enterprise transformation. Her promotion reflects Lenovo’s confidence in her ability to drive people excellence across critical global business functions.
