Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Ekta Kaveeshwar has rejoined Neilsoft as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking her return to the engineering services, software, and digital transformation company. With over 24 years of experience across IT/ITES, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, retail, engineering services, and workforce management, she brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational leadership, workforce strategy, employee engagement, and HR transformation.
Before returning to Neilsoft, Ekta served as Head – Talent Development and Corporate Affairs at RA-Tech Engineering, where she focused on talent capability, corporate affairs, and people development initiatives. Prior to that, she spent nearly seven years with ElasticRun as Vice President – Human Resources | Partner Relations | Workforce Management, contributing to HR leadership, partner relations, workforce planning, and people operations during the company’s growth journey.
This is Ekta’s second leadership stint with Neilsoft. Earlier, she served as Head of Human Resources at the company for nearly six years, leading HR strategy and people initiatives across the organization. She has also held HR leadership roles with 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited and KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, building strong experience in HR operations, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Ekta worked as Faculty – HR with Metric Consultancy Ltd., strengthening her foundation in human resources learning and capability development. With her strong cross-sector HR experience and prior leadership association with Neilsoft, Ekta is well-positioned to support the company’s people strategy, organizational growth, and future-ready workforce agenda.
