Greater Delhi Area, India, May 2026 – Vijay T S has joined Redcliffe Labs as Chief People Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its growth plans across India. In his new role, Vijay will oversee Redcliffe Labs’ people strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational culture, leadership development, and capability building to support the company’s rapidly expanding operations.
With more than 28 years of experience spanning healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and edtech, Vijay T S brings extensive expertise in building high-performance cultures, scaling organizations, and driving people transformation. Prior to joining Redcliffe Labs, he served as Chief People Officer at CureBay, where he supported the organization’s mission of democratizing healthcare access across rural India through a growing network of eClinics serving thousands of villages.
Before CureBay, Vijay spent nearly eight years with Chegg as GCC Head / Managing Director – India. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling Chegg’s India operations while fostering a high-performance and employee-centric culture. Under his leadership, Chegg India earned recognition as a Great Place to Work-certified organization and was acknowledged among the leading workplaces in the IT/ITES and EdTech sectors. He also contributed significantly to organizational growth, leadership development, employee engagement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Vijay held senior HR leadership roles with DuPont, where he served as HR Leader & Director – DuPont Services Center India. During this period, he contributed to the creation of regional customer service operations, supported organizational growth through HR process excellence, and played a role in the implementation of Workday as a global HR platform. Prior to DuPont, he spent over eight years with Birlasoft across multiple HR leadership positions, leading talent management, employee relations, global HR operations, leadership development, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Asia-Pacific and North American markets.
Vijay began his professional journey with Hyundai Motor India Limited, where he spent more than seven years building foundational experience in HR and administration functions. Over the course of his career, he has established a strong reputation for developing people strategies, enabling organizational transformation, nurturing leadership pipelines, and creating cultures that support sustainable business growth.
