Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2026 — Renuka Gowda has started a new position as Head Human Resources (India Region) at Salcomp India, taking on a strategic leadership role in one of the world’s leading power solutions manufacturing companies. In this new capacity, she will lead the company’s HR strategy for India, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce transformation to support Salcomp’s expanding operations in the region.
Before joining Salcomp India, Renuka briefly served as Human Resources Director at Beverage Union, where she contributed to HR leadership initiatives and organizational strategy. Prior to that, she worked with Altius, further strengthening her expertise across strategic HR functions and employee management.
Renuka spent nearly a decade at Peak Infrastructure Management Services Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Head Human Resources & Admin. During her tenure, she played a critical role in business planning, recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR operations, and organizational culture, significantly contributing to workforce efficiency and operational excellence.
Her career journey also includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Summit DigiTel, along with leadership and consulting roles at Foxconn/Rising Stars Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd., and Evergreen Shipping Agency (India) Pvt. Ltd., where she built a strong reputation in HR transformation, policy development, compliance, and business-aligned people strategies. With over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience, Renuka brings extensive knowledge in managing large-scale HR functions across manufacturing, infrastructure, telecommunications, and corporate sectors.
