South Africa, April 2026 — Marc Simon has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Blue Label Connect at Blu Label Unlimited, where he will lead operational strategy, business growth, and execution across the organization’s expanding digital ecosystem.
In this role, Marc will focus on driving profitability, scaling operations, and strengthening the company’s position in delivering digital enablement solutions across markets. His appointment aligns with Blu Label Unlimited’s vision of unlocking access and bridging the digital divide through innovative platforms and services.
Prior to joining Blu Label Unlimited, Marc Simon served as Operations Executive at Mobilemart Pty Ltd, where he contributed to operational strategy in a fintech-driven environment focused on virtual products and transactional services for banks, retailers, and service providers.
He also founded Wozza Airtime Pty Ltd, a purpose-driven venture aimed at empowering delivery riders and underserved populations through innovative mobility and digital product distribution models. His entrepreneurial experience reflects a strong commitment to inclusive growth and financial accessibility.
Earlier, Marc held leadership roles as Managing Director and Co-Owner at X-treme Auto, where he led automotive retail operations and business expansion initiatives.
A significant part of his career was spent at Associated Motor Holdings Pty Ltd, where he served as Director, overseeing sales, profitability, and talent development across multiple automotive brands and dealership networks. He also held an Executive Director role at Daytona Group, managing high-end automotive retail operations and customer-centric business transformation.
With over two decades of leadership experience across automotive, fintech, and operations, Marc brings a strong track record in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and building high-performance teams.
Marc holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities.
