Overland Park, Kansas, United States, April 2026 — Joe Macchiarella has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ISG Technology LLC, where he will lead enterprise operations and drive the company’s next phase of growth and digital transformation.
In his new role, Joe will focus on strengthening operational excellence, scaling service delivery, and aligning technology-led solutions with evolving client needs. His appointment comes at a time when ISG Technology continues to invest in future-ready capabilities across managed services, cloud, infrastructure, and professional services.
Prior to joining ISG Technology LLC, Joe Macchiarella served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Intelitrex, where he led the full P&L and built a SaaS-based digital performance monitoring business. He was instrumental in establishing the North American market presence, driving go-to-market strategy, and delivering strong customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Before that, he held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer at Trextel, where he led large-scale operational transformation, scaled revenues significantly, and played a key role in strategic transactions that repositioned the business into a Managed Software-as-a-Service (MSaaS) model.
Earlier in his career, Joe served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Stratix Corporation, where he managed global operations, drove service innovation, and supported enterprise clients across industries with end-to-end technology solutions.
He also held leadership roles at ProcessNow and Cbeyond, building deep expertise in operational leadership, managed services, network operations, and large-scale customer delivery environments.
