Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in shaping the lighting trade channel at Philips Lighting, where he held multiple leadership positions including Director – Sales (Consumer Channel) and Product Management Lead (LED & Conventional Battens). His tenure at Philips was marked by award-winning sales performance, successful product innovation, and effective transition management during the formation of Philips Lighting India Ltd.
