With over two decades at Booz Allen Hamilton, Kristine Martin Anderson has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and transformation. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, a role she has held for over four years, leading operational strategy and execution across the organization.
Earlier, she served as President, Civilian Sector, where she was responsible for driving growth and delivering impact across government and public sector clients. Her tenure as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President further highlights her deep experience in leading large-scale business units, building client relationships, and delivering complex consulting solutions.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Kristine was a founding employee at CareScience, where she played a critical role in building one of the early healthcare technology innovators. Over more than a decade, she contributed to the company’s journey from inception to public offering and eventual acquisition. CareScience pioneered advancements in healthcare analytics, interoperability, and quality measurement, influencing broader industry and policy developments.
She began her career as an Analyst at The Moore Group, where she worked on healthcare planning, market analysis, and regulatory strategy projects.
