Jakarta, Indonesia, May 2026 — Fhardiyan Putra has started a new position as Head of HR People Development at Great Giant Foods (GGF), marking a significant leadership milestone in his accomplished human capital and organizational development career.
In his new role, Fhardiyan will lead the company’s people development strategy across diverse business units, from plantations and manufacturing to consumer goods operations. His responsibilities include designing comprehensive learning ecosystems, scaling leadership development programs, driving digital transformation in learning, fostering GGF’s high-performance “Cepat & Bisa” culture, and partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capability for long-term business growth.
Prior to joining Great Giant Foods, Fhardiyan served as Head of HC Corporate Learning at Astra Life, where he managed enterprise-wide learning, talent management, leadership development, innovation, and knowledge management initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully led multiple HR transformation projects, including digital learning platforms, competency frameworks, and leadership development programs.
Before Astra Life, he was Training Center Manager at PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor, where he oversaw enterprise training systems, succession planning, production leadership programs, and learning system modernization. His earlier career also includes leadership development roles at AIA, PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia, Kubik Leadership, and academic contributions as a lecturer and facilitator.
With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate learning, leadership development, organizational transformation, talent strategy, and culture building, Fhardiyan brings deep expertise that aligns strongly with GGF’s mission of sustainable integrated farming and global food production excellence.
