Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2026 — Ankeet Sinha has been promoted to General Manager & Head Human Resources – Accord Health Emerging Markets at Intas Pharmaceuticals’ Accord Healthcare, marking a significant elevation in his HR leadership journey. In this role, he will lead strategic HR interventions across emerging markets spanning Latin and Central America, Mexico, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Mexico plant.
Before this elevation, Ankeet served as DGM & Head of HR – Emerging Markets at Accord Healthcare, where he led HR strategy and people operations across multiple continents. Prior to Accord, he spent nearly nine years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, leading HR for the Middle East and Africa region and managing HR operations across several African and emerging markets.
Earlier, Ankeet served as Head – Human Resources & Organizational Development at Salama Pharmaceuticals Tanzania & Neomedic UK, and held HR roles at ItzCash Card Limited. He began his professional career as a Software Engineer at iGATE, later transitioning into HR leadership.
With extensive experience across pharma HR, emerging markets, performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations, Ankeet brings strong global people leadership capabilities to his expanded role.
