Brough, England, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Gigi C. has started a new role as Head of People at Pure Renewables, bringing extensive experience across recruitment leadership, people operations, talent strategy, business development, and workforce planning in the energy, renewables, engineering, and technical recruitment sectors.
Before joining Pure Renewables, Gigi served as Recruitment Director at Axi Recruitment Ltd and earlier as Head of Recruitment at Axi, where she supported hiring across power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, process, construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
Earlier, she spent over 22 years with RoS International Ltd, holding leadership roles including Director, Branch Manager, and Contracts Manager. During her tenure, she managed major contracts across power generation, petrochemical, renewables, and energy-from-waste sectors, while also leading business development, account management, recruiter training, marketing, PR, and strategic direction.
