New Delhi, India, April 2025 – Ekta Express Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Bhupesh Pathak as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. In this key leadership role, Bhupesh will be responsible for shaping people strategy, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture as the company accelerates its mission to redefine the Indian logistics landscape.
Before joining Ekta Express, Bhupesh was associated with Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) as Senior HR Leader for North, East, and Northeast India, where he led HR operations and people initiatives across critical geographies for nearly two years. He played a pivotal role in workforce planning and talent management across the fast-paced logistics ecosystem.
Prior to that, he served as General Manager – HR at RCPL Logistics Pvt Ltd for close to six months, where he contributed to streamlining HR functions and aligning them with business goals during a phase of organizational restructuring.
Bhupesh’s longest and most impactful stint was with the Sugam Group, where he held the position of AGM – HR SAARC (India, Nepal & Bhutan) for over six years. He led several regional HR initiatives across multiple countries, focusing on employee engagement, compliance, and leadership development.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at JAS Forwarding Worldwide, DTDC Express Limited, and TCI Group, where he gained valuable experience in logistics and freight-forwarding domains. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience in the logistics industry, Bhupesh brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, change management, and people development.
