New York, United States, April 2025 – Paul DiPietro has joined Hazeltree as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, bringing with him over two decades of strategic HR leadership experience. In this new role, Paul will spearhead people strategy across the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia, with a strong focus on driving organizational health, talent development, succession planning, and total rewards as Hazeltree continues its high-growth trajectory in financial services technology.
Prior to joining Hazeltree, Paul spent more than 19 years at PwC, where he most recently served as Senior Director, Talent, People Experience, and Culture. In this Center of Excellence role, he partnered with Chief People Officers and senior business leaders to enhance retention, succession planning, DEI culture, and leadership development across PwC’s Tax and Assurance organizations.
Previously, he served as People Leader for PwC’s NY Metro Assurance Practice, where he led a team of 43 HR professionals supporting 2,500+ employees and 200 partners. His initiatives strengthened DEI outcomes, optimized performance management systems, and drove employee engagement and recognition programs during a critical growth phase.
Earlier in his PwC career, Paul held roles including Director of Human Capital for the Deals Business and Director of Human Capital for NYM Tax, where he managed global talent strategies and partner-level succession planning. His work enabled rapid organizational expansion and the development of global HR structures, enhancing alignment across regions.
