With extensive experience in HR leadership, total rewards strategies, and organizational transformation, Nicci is well-equipped to shape Replicate’s growing workforce in the AI-driven software space.
Nicci joins Replicate after her tenure at Pagoda, where she served as Chief People Officer and previously as VP of People & Talent. During her time at Pagoda, she spearheaded global job architecture and compensation design across 20+ countries, reducing regrettable attrition by 25% and implementing a DE&I framework. She also launched Pagoda’s first talent branding initiatives, including a revamped careers page and LinkedIn Life page, enhancing employer visibility.
Prior to Pagoda, Nicci held the role of Head of People Business Partners at Cribl, where she led HRIS implementation, performance management programs, and supported the company’s rapid global expansion from 75 to 300 employees across eight countries. She also spent nearly seven years at GitHub, where she played a critical role in global workforce expansion, employee experience enhancement, and managing HR efforts during the GitHub-Microsoft acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Nicci held leadership positions at Facebook and Google, where she developed talent acquisition strategies, learning and development programs, and organizational transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building scalable HR frameworks, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and driving business-aligned people strategies.
