Nicci joins Replicate after her tenure at Pagoda, where she served as Chief People Officer and previously as VP of People & Talent. Earlier in her career, Nicci held leadership positions at Facebook and Google, where she developed talent acquisition strategies, learning and development programs, and organizational transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building scalable HR frameworks, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and driving business-aligned people strategies.
