Zofingen, Switzerland, August 2026 — Siegfried has appointed Frédéric Kahn as Head of Global Business Development & Sales, Drug Products. In this leadership role, he will spearhead the company’s global commercial strategy for its Drug Products business, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting Siegfried’s continued international growth.
Frédéric joins Siegfried with an exceptional track record of building high-performing commercial organizations and cultivating strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. His extensive experience in contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) services, business development, and global sales leadership positions him to play a pivotal role in advancing Siegfried’s customer-centric growth strategy.
With more than 40 years of international leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CDMO industries, Frédéric Kahn has built a distinguished career leading global business development, sales, marketing, and strategic account management functions. Prior to joining Siegfried, he served as Vice President, Business Development – Europe and Rest of World at Piramal Pharma Solutions, after previously serving as Head of Business Development Europe, where he expanded the company’s commercial footprint across key global markets.
Earlier, Frédéric was Vice President of Sales at Wavelength Pharmaceuticals, where he developed and executed the company’s worldwide CDMO strategy while reorganizing its global commercial organization. He also served as a Board Member at SGD Pharma, contributing to corporate strategy, global account management, and growth initiatives.
His earlier leadership roles include Vice President Marketing and Sales at Hovione, Vice President Global Head of Key Account Management at Lonza, Vice President Global Key Account Management at Gerresheimer, Executive Vice President at NextPharma Holdings, and nearly two decades of progressive leadership roles at Rhodia Pharmaceutical Solutions and Rhône-Poulenc, where he developed deep expertise in global pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial strategy, and international business development.
Frédéric holds an MBA in Management from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, further complementing his extensive leadership experience with strong business and strategic management expertise.
