London, United Kingdom, August 2026 — Millennium has appointed Francesca Antenucci as Head of HR Operations for EMEA & Americas. In her new role, she will lead HR operations across two major regions, driving operational excellence, employee experience, and scalable people processes to support the global alternative investment firm’s continued growth.
With more than 17 years of international leadership experience across human resources, organizational transformation, HR operations, workforce planning, talent management, and business partnering, Francesca Antenucci brings a proven track record of building high-performing HR organizations and aligning people strategy with business objectives across global enterprises.
Prior to joining Millennium, Francesca served as Head of HR and Organisation and Executive Committee Member at Generali, where she acted as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, leading enterprise-wide organization design, workforce planning, cultural transformation, and HR strategy. She played a pivotal role in shaping leadership capability, driving organizational effectiveness, and building scalable people practices that supported long-term business performance.
Earlier, Francesca spent nearly 15 years at Bloomberg LP, progressing through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles. She most recently served as Global Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with senior leaders across Corporate Functions, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, and External Relations to deliver strategic HR solutions spanning leadership development, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Before that, she led Global People Services for EMEA & LATAM, overseeing employee lifecycle operations, HR advisory services, and cross-functional partnerships while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Her Bloomberg career also included leadership positions heading Contracts & Exchanges for EMEA & APAC, Exchange Market Data for the Americas, and Contracts teams across EMEA, giving her extensive experience managing global teams, complex operations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
