In his new role, he will spearhead talent acquisition strategy across India, partnering with regional leadership to strengthen human capital, drive innovative recruitment initiatives, and attract top talent in support of Aon’s long-term growth and business objectives.
Bringing over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, employer branding, workforce planning, and HR transformation, Ashvin Falcon has built a distinguished career across the insurance, financial services, and recruitment sectors. His expertise spans strategic hiring, HR business partnering, talent management, and building scalable recruitment functions that support business growth.
Prior to joining Aon, Ashvin served as Human Resources Specialist (Business HR) at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., where he partnered with business leaders on HR strategy and people initiatives. Before that, he held dual leadership responsibilities at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Human Resources and earlier as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition, leading talent acquisition, strengthening HR processes, and supporting organizational expansion. He also served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd., where he drove strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Ashvin was Manager – Human Resources at Aon Global Insurance Brokers Ltd., managing PAN India recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. He also held recruitment leadership roles at Kelly Services, GNV Resource Management, and Personnel Search Services Group, gaining extensive expertise across executive search, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategy. His broad experience positions him well to lead Aon’s talent acquisition agenda as the company continues to strengthen its workforce and accelerate growth across India.
