Bringing more than 20 years of global human resources leadership experience, Parkes has built an accomplished career across talent management, organisational development, workforce transformation, executive development, and strategic HR business partnering. In her new role, she will lead the regional people strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania, supporting the growth of iconic fashion Maisons including CELINE, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, and Fendi.

Prior to this appointment, Parkes served as Senior Vice President – Talent and Development at Louis Vuitton, where she led the Maison’s global talent agenda across central functions, industrial operations, and retail teams in more than 60 markets. Her responsibilities included succession planning, executive recruitment, leadership development, global talent acquisition, early-career programmes, executive coaching, and organisation strategy. She previously held the role of Vice President – Global Talent and Development at Louis Vuitton.

Earlier, Parkes served as Vice President – People and Culture at Philip Morris International, partnering with senior executives across digital, technology, communications, external affairs, and legal functions during a major business and operating-model transformation. Before that, she spent four years as Vice President – Human Resources at Gap Inc., leading a global team across supply chain and strategic sourcing while supporting organisational redesign, geographic expansion, leadership capability, and cultural change.

Her earlier career includes more than six years at Avery Dennison, where she led global talent acquisition and organisation development, and senior regional recruitment roles at Verizon Business and Alexander Mann Solutions. Across these organisations, she built and transformed global talent-acquisition models, led large international recruitment teams, reduced agency dependency, strengthened employer branding, and supported workforce planning across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

In her new role, Parkes will help shape a people strategy that supports regional growth, cross-Maison collaboration, leadership development, talent mobility, and an inclusive employee experience across the LVMH Fashion Group’s Southeast Asia and Oceania operations.
