Karawang, West Java, Indonesia, June 2026 — Dhaniar Entis Ayuningtyas has started a new position as Head of Human Resources, Karawang Factory at Nestlé, marking another significant milestone in a career spanning nearly twelve years with the global food and beverage leader.
In her new role, Dhaniar will serve as the strategic people leader and business partner to the Karawang Factory Leadership Team. She will be responsible for aligning people strategies with factory performance objectives, strengthening talent pipelines, overseeing succession planning for critical roles, managing employee lifecycle processes, supporting industrial relations, and driving workforce reskilling and upskilling initiatives to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Dhaniar has built her entire professional HR career with Nestlé, progressing through a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions. Prior to her appointment, she served as HR Business Partner, where she managed end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives and led strategic talent management programs across business functions. Her responsibilities included workforce planning, organization design, succession management, employee engagement, industrial relations, expatriate assignments, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Earlier, she held the role of HR Corporate Learning & Capability Development Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Champion, where she led talent development, performance management, employee engagement surveys, learning and capability-building programs, and strategic youth development initiatives including management trainee and internship programs.
Before that, Dhaniar served as HR Remuneration (Compensation & Benefit) and Hire to Retire SME – Total Rewards, managing compensation strategies, benefits programs, salary reviews, bonus administration, workforce budgeting, job evaluations, and total rewards initiatives designed to enhance employee value propositions.
She began her Nestlé journey as a Human Resources Management Trainee, gaining broad exposure to the company’s end-to-end value chain and developing expertise across recruitment, training and development, employee relations, remuneration, finance, legal affairs, procurement, marketing, and sales functions.
Prior to joining Nestlé, Dhaniar contributed to youth leadership development as Communication Manager at AIESEC, where she managed stakeholder engagement and external partnerships within the global non-profit organization.
With deep institutional knowledge, strong HR expertise, and extensive experience across talent management, learning and development, compensation, industrial relations, and organizational effectiveness, Dhaniar is well-positioned to lead the people agenda for one of Nestlé’s key manufacturing operations in Indonesia.
