Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Kavita Srivastava has started a new position as Head of People and Talent, India at Commure, bringing more than 15 years of experience in human resources, people strategy, HR technology, workforce transformation, data governance, compliance, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
In her new role, Kavita will lead the people and talent agenda for Commure’s India operations, supporting the company’s rapid growth and mission to transform healthcare through AI-powered technology solutions. She will be responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience, leadership development, organizational growth, and people strategy initiatives that support Commure’s expanding presence in the healthcare technology sector.
Prior to joining Commure, Kavita spent more than four years with Honeywell, where she held a series of increasingly senior leadership positions including Business Leader – HR Data, Compliance & People Strategy, Global HR Data & Platform Governance Lead, and HR Systems & Data Operations Lead. During her tenure, she led global HR technology and governance initiatives supporting more than 120,000 employees across over 70 countries. She played a pivotal role in Oracle HCM transformation programs, enterprise HR data modernization, compliance governance, people analytics, and workforce strategy initiatives while partnering closely with senior business leaders, legal teams, finance, and technology organizations.
Before Honeywell, Kavita served as People Consultant, HR Systems & PX Transformation at Google, where she managed employee experience systems and transformation initiatives supporting a global workforce across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. She led automation projects, employee lifecycle transformation programs, talent review processes, workforce analytics initiatives, and employee engagement programs, earning recognition through a Google Spot Award for operational excellence and leadership impact.
Earlier, she took a professional sabbatical at Stanford University, focusing on Organizational Analysis, leadership analytics, change management, organizational behavior, and enterprise transformation. The experience strengthened her strategic perspective and later contributed to her success in people analytics and workforce transformation leadership.
Prior to this, Kavita worked with DBS Bank as Senior Consultant – HR Strategy & Workforce Transformation, where she partnered with business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Her professional journey also includes roles with Deloitte U.S. India Offices as Human Resources Analyst – Process Excellence & Automation, and ACS Solutions as Senior Executive Human Resources, where she built expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, talent processes, analytics, onboarding, performance management, and HR transformation.
Throughout her career, Kavita has successfully combined deep HR expertise with technology, data, governance, compliance, and business strategy, establishing herself as a leader in modern people operations and workforce transformation.
