United States, July 2024 – Uyon Johnson has recently started his position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nordic Global. In this new role, Uyon will lead the human resources function, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
Uyon Johnson has been with Nordic Global for a short period. He initially served as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, where he led change management initiatives and provided leadership across various HR functions.
Before joining Nordic Global, Uyon held the position of System Director Diversity & Inclusion at Bon Secours Mercy Health. In this role, he was responsible for driving strategic human resources leadership and fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion across the organization.
At Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners), Uyon served as the Director of Human Resources. His role involved strategic human resources leadership, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and implementing effective HR practices.
Uyon’s extensive experience in HR leadership includes his tenure as an HR Leader at GE Aviation and an HR Manager at GE Money. Throughout his career, Uyon has demonstrated expertise in strategic human resources management, change management, and leadership development.
