Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Varun Sidana has been promoted to Managing Partner at Native, marking a significant milestone in his journey with the organization and reflecting his continued leadership impact and strategic contributions.
In this expanded role, Varun will lead the firm’s growth agenda, driving strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and scaling Native’s presence across industries through its unique “Power of Informed Intuition” approach.
Varun has been associated with Native for nearly five years, progressing through key leadership roles including Partner and Director – CFO, Finance & Infrastructure. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, strengthening operational frameworks, and enabling business growth across its expanding client base.
Prior to joining Native, Varun held leadership roles in the financial services sector. He served as Vice President at Xander Finance and Vice President – Structured Finance at Edelweiss Financial Services, where he built strong expertise in structured finance, corporate banking, and investment strategies.
Earlier, he spent over three years with YES BANK, holding roles such as Director – Corporate Finance Relationship Management and Vice President – Corporate & Institutional Banking, where he led client acquisition, relationship management, and credit structuring for corporate clients.
He also gained experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, and Citibank, building a strong foundation in corporate banking, client relationship management, and financial solutions.
With over 15 years of experience across banking, finance, and leadership consulting, Varun brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic leadership to his role as Managing Partner.
