Before joining Reassured, Zoe Odusina had a dynamic career in operational and HR leadership roles across various industries. Most recently, she served as the Operations Director at Compre Group from April 2020 to August 2023. In this role, she was instrumental in directing all operational activities to support rapid business growth and managed significant functions such as HR, Internal Communications, Change & Project Management, Process Improvement, and Facilities Management. Her efforts were pivotal in developing the company’s first HR & People Strategy and establishing robust HR policies across multiple geographies.
Prior to her tenure at Compre Group, Odusina held the position of Head of Claims Operations at the same company, where she was responsible for enhancing the operational structure and delivering strategic improvements to the claims process, significantly boosting efficiency and employee engagement.
Zoe Odusina took a career break from September 2023 to April 2024 to focus on family, reflecting her strong belief in work-life balance, which she aims to instill as part of the corporate culture at Reassured.
