In this role, Maloney was responsible for managing HR functions across multiple sectors including software and digital solutions.
Before that, Maloney worked as the Director of Human Resources (Sales Organization) for about 2 years and 3 months, where he effectively communicated and upheld HR policies for a large sales team, focusing on inclusivity and performance improvement. His earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Sales Manager for 3 years and 3 months, overseeing a multi-million dollar sales forecast and building strong client relationships.
