Hyderabad, India, February 2026 — HighRadius has appointed Abhinav Mishra as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, effective January 2026.
In this role, Mishra will lead global talent acquisition strategy, strengthening hiring capabilities to support HighRadius’ continued expansion as a leader in AI-driven Autonomous Finance Solutions for the Office of the CFO. He will focus on scaling high-performing teams across product engineering, sales, data science, and enterprise functions to drive sustained growth.
Prior to joining HighRadius, Mishra served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Icertis, where he led a team of recruiters and TA managers and drove aggressive global hiring growth. During his tenure, he recruited over 1,500 professionals in less than two years across the APAC region, delivering headcount growth exceeding 200%. He also implemented Oracle Recruiting Cloud globally and led key initiatives including EVP development, automation programs, global TA audits, and operational excellence frameworks in SaaS hiring.
Earlier, he was Associate Director & Head of Talent Acquisition (APAC) at EagleView, where he built the talent acquisition function from the ground up, scaling teams from 10 to 800 within a year and establishing robust recruitment processes, employer branding strategies, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
Mishra also co-founded Uncap Research Labs, focusing on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and community-driven brand interventions to enhance recruiting experiences. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Expedia Group, where he led large-scale technology and executive hiring across APAC and designed innovative recruitment technology initiatives, as well as earlier roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, Mindtree, and Avaya.
He holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
With nearly two decades of experience in talent strategy, HR technology, analytics, and large-scale enterprise hiring, Mishra brings a strong track record of building scalable recruitment ecosystems aligned with high-growth technology businesses.
