Naif Aldosary Joins DallahHealth as Head of Talent Acquisition

Saudi Arabia, July 2026 — DallahHealth has appointed Naif Aldosary as its Head of Talent Acquisition, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to attracting world-class healthcare talent as it continues to expand its integrated healthcare services across Saudi Arabia.

In his new role, Naif will lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, overseeing recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning, and hiring excellence to support DallahHealth’s continued growth. He will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing recruitment effectiveness, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-calibre professionals across clinical and corporate functions.

Prior to joining DallahHealth, Naif served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Al Rajhi Takaful, where he led talent acquisition initiatives and strengthened recruitment capabilities to support business growth. During his tenure, he managed strategic hiring programs, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment operations while enhancing talent sourcing effectiveness across the organization.

Earlier, he worked as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at channels by stc, where he was responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions while supporting the company’s workforce expansion.

Before that, Naif was Officer – Talent Acquisition at Olayan Saudi Holding Company (OSHCO), contributing to end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives for one of Saudi Arabia’s leading diversified business groups.

Earlier in his career, he served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Al Rajhi Takaful, where he managed the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, onboarding, visa processing, outsourced hiring, recruitment analytics, and recruitment governance. He began his professional journey as a Recruitment Coordinator at Maharah Human Resources, specializing in medical recruitment and international hiring coordination for healthcare professionals.

With strong expertise across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing strategy, onboarding, and recruitment analytics, Naif brings valuable experience that will support DallahHealth’s ambition to build a future-ready healthcare workforce.
