London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Jackie Kent has been appointed as Chief People Officer at CCH Group, where she will lead people strategy, talent development, and workforce engagement for one of the UK’s largest care providers. In this role, she will focus on enhancing employee experience, leadership development, and organizational culture to support CCH Group’s mission of delivering high-quality care.
Prior to joining CCH Group, Jackie served as Chief People Officer at Finsbury Food Group, where she played a pivotal role in transforming HR strategy and strengthening employee engagement. Her tenure of nearly a decade at Finsbury Food Group included developing talent pipelines, fostering leadership development, and driving organizational growth.

Before that, Jackie spent almost a decade at Burton’s Biscuit Company, where she held multiple leadership roles, including HR Director, Head of HR, and HR Manager. She was instrumental in implementing strategic HR initiatives, improving workplace culture, and developing leadership programs.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Tulip Ltd (Danish Crown) and R.F. Brookes Ltd (Rank Hovis McDougall) in HR leadership positions, building her expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management. Additionally, she served as a Board Trustee at Hope Rescue, contributing to community welfare and charitable initiatives.
