Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Sunistha Singh has joined NXP Semiconductors as India Talent Acquisition Leader, marking a significant leadership move in the company’s people and talent strategy as it continues to strengthen its semiconductor, automotive, and advanced technology workforce in India.
In her new role, Sunistha will lead talent acquisition strategy for NXP India, focusing on scaling recruitment operations, strengthening employer branding, building future-ready semiconductor talent pipelines, and supporting the organization’s growth across engineering, technology, and innovation functions.
Sunistha brings over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, strategic hiring, employer branding, and semiconductor workforce leadership. Prior to joining NXP Semiconductors, she served as Talent Strategy Lead at SIMBO.AI, where she drove strategic talent initiatives in the AI and healthcare technology ecosystem.
Before SIMBO.AI, she built an extensive leadership journey at Intel Corporation, where she spent more than seven years in key recruitment leadership roles, including Staffing Manager and Talent Advisor, playing a pivotal role in hiring and talent strategy for Intel India’s technology and innovation teams. Her career also includes talent leadership roles at Harman Connected Services, Mobiveil Inc., and entrepreneurial experience as founder of SPOG, a semiconductor-focused professional hiring platform.
