Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, July 2026 — Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has appointed Poly Singh Arora as its Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team with a seasoned HR executive who brings more than 23 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, leadership development, and strategic business partnering. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, driving talent development, and aligning human capital initiatives with AGEL’s long-term business growth and sustainability objectives.
Prior to joining Adani Green Energy Limited, Poly served as Head – HR at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she partnered closely with the leadership team to drive HR transformation, organizational capability, and people initiatives. She was elevated to Head–HR after serving as General Manager – Human Resources, playing an instrumental role in strengthening the airport’s people practices and organizational effectiveness.
Before CSMIA, Poly spent nearly six years at VFS Global, progressing through multiple leadership positions before becoming Regional HR Head – South Asia. During her tenure, she led HR strategy across multiple geographies, driving talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness while supporting business growth across the region.
Earlier in her career, Poly built a strong foundation during an extensive tenure with Vodafone India, where she held a series of progressively senior HR leadership roles across HR operations, performance and rewards, resourcing, and business partnering. As AGM – HR, she worked closely with senior leadership on talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, rewards, and HR governance. She began her HR career with Excel Callnet Pvt. Ltd., gaining experience across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, and HR operations.
With deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, talent development, and organizational transformation, Poly has consistently aligned people strategies with business priorities to build high-performing organizations.
