Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Gulf Oil India has appointed Ketan Lodaya as its new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates enterprise-wide digital transformation, technology modernization, and innovation-led growth.
In his new role, Ketan will lead Gulf Oil India’s digital and information strategy, focusing on enhancing operational agility, strengthening enterprise technology capabilities, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and supporting the organization’s long-term business growth agenda.
Ketan brings extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, IT strategy, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, and business process transformation. Prior to joining Gulf Oil India, he served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he led global transformation programs across multiple business units, designed digital transformation roadmaps for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, and built scalable B2B customer experience platforms that significantly improved operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Before Yokohama, Ketan spent over 12 years at General Mills, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Head – Global Engineering Solutions, driving enterprise engineering, process innovation, and global digital initiatives. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership roles with Geometric Software, Patni Computers, Invensys Controls, Haldia Petrochemicals, and Bayer, building deep expertise across enterprise systems, industrial automation, software solutions, and digital innovation.
With his strong strategic mindset and proven leadership in transformation-focused initiatives, Ketan is expected to play a pivotal role in building Gulf Oil India’s future-ready digital ecosystem.
