Shantanu Naidu previously served as General Manager in the Office of Ratan N. Tata at TATA SONS LIMITED, where he was instrumental in shaping corporate initiatives and strategic planning for nearly seven years. His responsibilities included advising on business strategies, overseeing philanthropic projects, and managing key Tata Group initiatives. His work contributed to significant advancements in leadership development and innovation within the conglomerate.

Prior to this, he founded Goodfellows India, a social enterprise backed by Ratan Tata, focusing on intergenerational companionship for the elderly. He also led On Your Sparks, an initiative aimed at mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs by equipping them with the right values and business foundations. His diverse experience across entrepreneurship and business strategy has allowed him to make a lasting impact in the industry.

Earlier in his career, Shantanu Naidu worked at Tata Trusts, Tata Elxsi, and Tata Technologies, where he gained expertise in business strategy, product innovation, and marketing. At Tata Elxsi, he played a key role in vehicle design and manufacturing innovation, contributing to award-winning projects like the Tata Iris. His work in strategic consulting at Tata Trusts focused on scaling impactful initiatives in healthcare and social entrepreneurship.
