Raleigh-Durham, United States, April 2026 – Saurabh Bhasin has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at UPL Corp, strengthening the organization’s global leadership team as it continues to scale its sustainable agriculture platform.
Having been with UPL since 2015, Saurabh brings over 16 years of global HR experience, with a strong track record of driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives across geographies. In his new role, he will lead UPL’s global people and culture agenda, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to enhance organizational capability, innovation, and collaboration across regions and businesses.
During his tenure at UPL, Saurabh Bhasin has held multiple leadership roles across global HR functions. Most recently, he led HR for North America, Latin America, and Global R&D, driving transformation initiatives and supporting business growth across markets contributing over $1.5 billion in revenue.
Earlier, he served as Region HR Head – North America & Global Total Rewards, where he led HR business partnering and managed global compensation and benefits strategies, strengthening employee value propositions and organizational competitiveness.
He also held roles as Global HR Head – Crop Protection HQ and Total Rewards CoE, where he led strategic HR initiatives including M&A integration, organization redesign, leadership development, and talent transformation across global business units. As a core member of the UPL-Arysta integration team, he played a critical role in talent and organizational integration for a complex global merger.
Prior to UPL, he worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he managed talent acquisition and organizational redesign initiatives for corporate and manufacturing functions. He also held roles at Deloitte and Idea Cellular, where he built strong expertise in campus hiring strategy, employer branding, organizational development, and HR business partnering.
Across his career, Saurabh has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex organizational change, build high-performance cultures, and align HR strategy with business outcomes, making him well-positioned to lead UPL Corp’s next phase of growth.
Saurabh Bhasin holds a PGDM/MBA in HR & Marketing from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which has laid the foundation for his strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation.
