Florida, United States, August 2024 – Danielle Stirbisky has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Leia Inc. In this position, Danielle will oversee all human resources functions, including strategic planning, project management, leadership development, and employee relations, contributing to the overall growth and development of Leia Inc.
Danielle Stirbisky joins Leia Inc. after an extensive tenure at Parexel where she held multiple roles over a period of 6 years. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director, HR Americas & EMEA, where she led HR strategies and operations across multiple regions. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director, Human Resources (Americas) & Global HRBP and the Global Human Resources Business Partner, significantly contributing to the company’s HR initiatives and global workforce management.
Before Parexel, Danielle was the VP of People Experience & Administration at Solidscape, Inc. for over 3 years. In this role, she was responsible for strategic and administrative HR aspects, as well as finance and order management at the local level. Her leadership helped streamline processes and improve the overall people experience within the company.
Danielle also spent nearly 14 years at Celestica in various HR leadership roles. She served as the Senior Director, Human Resources, Regional Director, Americas HR Services, and Global Human Resources Director. During her tenure, she led regional and global HR teams, supported performance management, talent management, organizational design, and managed the Global Mobility Program. Her efforts were instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing corporate social responsibility initiatives globally.
Her earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Abacus Communications and Regional HR Operations and Sales Manager at Pomerantz Staffing. In these positions, she honed her skills in HR administration, payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
