Atlanta, Georgia, United States, July 2026 — MCC (Multi-Color Corporation) has appointed Carmen Becker as President, Americas, effective July 6, 2026, as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its next phase of profitable growth across the Americas region.
In her new role, Becker will serve as the P&L leader for the Americas, with responsibility for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, commercial execution, customer partnerships, forecasting discipline, quality, service performance, onboarding, productivity, and organizational capability across the region. She will also join MCC’s Executive Leadership Team, helping advance the company’s cultural transformation while building a more integrated, customer-focused, and high-performing organization.
Becker joins MCC from Honeywell, where she most recently served as President of Honeywell Sensing Solutions, leading one of the company’s global technology businesses focused on advanced sensing and industrial solutions.
Prior to Honeywell, she served as Vice President & General Manager at Amcor Rigid Plastics, where she led strategic growth initiatives, operational performance, customer engagement, and commercial execution within one of the world’s leading packaging businesses.
Earlier, Becker spent more than 21 years at Tetra Pak, progressing through a series of increasingly senior global leadership roles. She most recently served as President & CEO, USA & Canada, where she led an $850 million business with approximately 950 employees, delivering organizational transformation, sustainable revenue growth, record profitability, commercial expansion, and customer-centric innovation. She successfully integrated multiple business units, accelerated commercial execution, expanded product portfolios, and strengthened operational performance across North America.
Before that, she served as Managing Director, Carton Gable Top Division, Europe & Central Asia, leading a $250 million global business, where she significantly improved profitability, expanded market opportunities, strengthened commercial strategies, and enhanced supply chain performance. She also held leadership roles including Director, Finance & Business Support, General Manager, and Finance Director, building deep expertise across finance, operations, commercial leadership, strategic planning, manufacturing, and business transformation.
Earlier in her career, Becker held finance and engineering leadership positions with Rain Bird, General Motors, and The Timken Company, providing a strong foundation across manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, and financial management.
With more than 35 years of international leadership experience, Becker brings deep expertise in General Management, P&L Leadership, Commercial Strategy, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Business Transformation, Customer Experience, Strategic Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Organizational Leadership, Growth Strategy, and Executive Management.
