North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, July 2026 — PRP Diagnostic Imaging has appointed Deborah Grace as Chief People Officer, effective 15 July 2026, strengthening its executive leadership team as the organization continues to expand its network of diagnostic imaging services across Australia.
In her new role, Grace will lead PRP Diagnostic Imaging’s People & Culture function, overseeing the organization’s people strategy, leadership development, talent management, HR business partnering, performance frameworks, organizational capability, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. She will play a key role in supporting PRP’s continued growth while enabling clinicians and practice teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
Grace joins PRP Diagnostic Imaging from VetPartners Australia and New Zealand, where she served as Chief People Officer, leading People & Culture for Australia’s and New Zealand’s largest veterinary services provider, comprising approximately 270 clinics and specialty hospitals. During her tenure, she drove people strategy, leadership capability, workforce development, and organizational transformation across a highly distributed healthcare network.
Prior to VetPartners, she co-founded Grace, Smith & Company, an advisory firm specializing in organizational transformation, leadership, and customer value. During this period, she served as Interim Chief People Officer for a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, leading enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives, while also delivering organizational design consulting assignments.
Earlier, Grace spent nearly five years with GenesisCare, where she held several global executive leadership positions including Chief of Staff to the Global CEO, Senior Vice President, People & Culture, Strategy & Global Functions, Senior Vice President, Global Head of People & Culture Services, and Head of People & Culture Australia. She led global HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR systems, payroll, global mobility, and people strategy across one of the world’s leading oncology and cardiology healthcare providers.
Throughout her career, Grace has also held senior HR leadership positions with Laing O’Rourke, Charter Hall, News Corp Australia, PerformHR, Bupa, CWT, and Hilton Sydney, building extensive expertise across healthcare, infrastructure, media, property, travel, hospitality, and professional services.
With more than 25 years of executive HR leadership experience, Grace brings deep expertise in People & Culture Strategy, HR Transformation, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Reward & Remuneration, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, Culture Transformation, Employee Engagement, Shared Services, Global Mobility, Change Management, Health & Wellbeing, and Executive Leadership.
