Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, July 2026 — Agraya GmbH, the corporate home of the GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN label brands, has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointments of Daniel Link as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Tilman Felshart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointments reinforce the company’s leadership structure as it advances its next phase of organizational growth, operational excellence, and sustainable expansion across the global agrifood sector.
Daniel Link assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer on 15 July 2026, while Tilman Felshart will join as Chief Financial Officer on 1 August 2026. His priorities include enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening organizational processes, and supporting the expansion of Agraya’s portfolio of solutions for the global agrifood industry.
Daniel brings more than a decade of leadership experience across the HealthTech, SaaS, life sciences, and logistics sectors. Earlier, he held operational leadership positions at Amazon, overseeing large-scale operations and process optimization across Central Europe.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tilman Felshart will oversee Finance, Legal, and Technology, focusing on strengthening financial governance, transparency, performance management, and long-term organizational resilience. His mandate includes building the financial and operational foundations necessary to support Agraya’s continued international expansion.
Tilman brings more than ten years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate management, and business intelligence. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at KrollCosmetics GmbH, where he led finance, legal, information technology, human resources, retail, and operations. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Vice Sporting Goods GmbH and FLYERALARM, driving international financial reporting, controlling, and performance management initiatives.
Commenting on the appointments, Elmé Coetzer-Boersma, Chief Executive Officer of Agraya, said, “The addition of a COO and CFO reflects our commitment to strengthening the foundations of our organization so that we can scale our impact, accelerate innovation, and serve our stakeholders even more effectively. We are not changing what we do; we are building the capabilities to do it better.”
Speaking on his appointment, Daniel Link said, “Strengthening operational consistency and reliability will help ensure the organization can continue to scale effectively and respond to the evolving needs of the sector. Being part of that journey is particularly motivating.”
Tilman Felshart added, “Agraya has established itself as a key player in the agrifood industry over the last 25 years. I look forward to working with the team to lay the financial and organizational groundwork for the next phase of development.”
