Over the course of his career, he has worked across organizations including JB Pharma, Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL), Thermo Fisher Scientific, PharmEasy, and Cipla, building broad experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, and consumer-oriented businesses.
Across these assignments, Narayan has contributed to financial and business transformation initiatives involving growth strategy, corporate finance, M&A, governance, investor engagement, operational excellence, and financial planning. His experience working alongside business leadership teams and managing complex financial priorities has equipped him with a strong combination of strategic and execution-focused finance capabilities.
