Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — Ghassan Aboud Holding has appointed Dr. Parul Jain Mishra as Group HR Director – People & Culture. In her new role, she will lead the multinational conglomerate’s enterprise-wide people and culture strategy, partnering with business leadership to strengthen organizational capability, leadership development, talent management, employee experience, and workforce transformation across its diversified global businesses.
Dr. Parul Jain Mishra brings nearly three decades of human resources leadership experience spanning automotive, facilities management, telecommunications, infrastructure, and diversified business groups. Her expertise includes enterprise HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR technology, and culture transformation.
Prior to joining Ghassan Aboud Holding, Dr. Mishra served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) at Dubai Auto Gallery LLC, where she led the organization’s global people function for seven years. She was responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy while overseeing learning and development, talent development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, organizational and performance management, and HR technology. Working closely with executive leadership, she played a key role in strengthening organizational capability and aligning people initiatives with business growth.
Before Dubai Auto Gallery, she spent more than six years as Human Resources Director at Cleanco Facility Services, leading strategic and operational HR support across 12 business units with a workforce of approximately 5,800 employees representing 15 nationalities across the seven Emirates. She spearheaded talent acquisition and retention strategies, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, capability building, employee engagement, HR policy design, diversity initiatives, and large-scale organizational development programs, while also driving employee welfare and CSR initiatives.
Earlier, Dr. Mishra served as Head – Human Resources at the erstwhile Viom Networks, where she led HR and administration for the Uttar Pradesh West and Uttarakhand circles. During a critical period following the merger of Tata Teleservices’ and Quippo Telecom Infrastructure’s passive infrastructure businesses, she played a pivotal role in establishing the new organization, implementing HR systems, driving employee engagement, supporting integration, and managing end-to-end HR operations, learning and development, and performance management.
She began her corporate leadership journey with Reliance Communications as Talent Acquisition Lead, building expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for one of India’s leading telecommunications companies.
Dr. Mishra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from IMS Unison University, providing a strong academic foundation for her extensive leadership in people strategy and organizational excellence.
