Gauri Sharma Appointed as Vice President – People & Culture at Greenovative Energy

Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Gauri Sharma has been promoted to Vice President – People & Culture at Greenovative Energy, a global leader in sustainable energy innovation. In her new leadership role, Gauri will spearhead the organization’s people strategy, champion cultural transformation, and drive HR innovations that support Greenovative’s growth and mission toward a net-zero future.

Gauri has been with Greenovative Energy for nearly five years, most recently serving as Manager – HR and Operations, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations, aligning people practices with business priorities, and fostering a purpose-driven work environment. Her efforts contributed significantly to scaling the company’s talent capabilities in a fast-evolving energy tech ecosystem.

Prior to joining Greenovative Energy, Gauri spent close to two years at Logicon Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., where she rose to the role of Assistant Manager – HR and Admin, following a stint as Senior Executive – HR & Shared Services. Her contributions focused on streamlining HR processes, managing employee relations, and supporting administration initiatives across business units.

She previously held the position of HR Officer at Hotel Ambience and Senior HR Executive at Evolve Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable experience in core HR functions, compliance, and service-oriented HR strategies. Gauri began her career in talent acquisition as a Recruiter at Netwing Technologies, where she developed foundational expertise in sourcing and recruitment.

Gauri holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from UPTU, equipping her with both academic and practical frameworks to lead HR strategy in mission-driven organizations.
