Kerry has been a part of 3iQ Corp for over four years, previously serving as Director, People & Culture, where she played a critical role in building HR infrastructure, scaling people practices, and supporting organizational transformation through the firm’s expansion and strategic partnerships. Her leadership has helped 3iQ navigate talent challenges while reinforcing its culture of innovation.
Before joining 3iQ, Kerry spent over ten years at Axxiome Canada & Axxiome USA LLC, where she held dual roles as Director, HR & Administration, Americas and Director, HR & Operations NA. At Axxiome, she managed HR, IT, immigration, finance, and administration for the North American region, contributing significantly to operational excellence and change management within the global IT consulting space.
Her earlier roles include Director of Revenue Management at Quebecor, Manager of Administration at Sun Media, and Senior Administrator at SmartCentres, where she established her foundation in operations, people management, and corporate services. Kerry’s career demonstrates a consistent trajectory of leadership in people-centric roles across dynamic industries.
