Megan Mueller Appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at New River Electrical Corporation

Granville, Ohio, United States, May 2025 – Megan Mueller has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at New River Electrical Corporation, bringing with her an extensive background in global HR leadership, talent strategy, and organizational development. In her new position, Megan will be responsible for shaping the company’s HR vision, building a resilient workforce, and aligning people practices with the business objectives of one of the country’s leading electrical contractors.

Before joining New River Electrical, Megan served as Global VP of HR at ADB SAFEGATE, where she led HR operations, talent acquisition, and strategic initiatives across the company’s international footprint. Over nearly six years, she held multiple leadership roles at ADB SAFEGATE, including Regional HR Director, Global Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Manager, playing a key role in building global HR frameworks and fostering leadership development.

Earlier in her career, Megan held the position of HR Manager at T. Marzetti Company, where she supported corporate functions and enhanced employee engagement programs. She also gained deep experience through her roles at The Limited and L Brands, where she worked in various HR generalist capacities across logistics, technical services, and direct-to-consumer divisions.

Megan’s career began with a series of impactful internships at Yum! Brands, DHL/Exel, Toys “R” Us, Owens Corning, and the Ohio Department of Transportation, where she developed a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies. Her academic and early leadership experiences at The Ohio State University also shaped her commitment to inclusive workplace practices and high-impact HR solutions.
