Sara joined Dyer in 2024 as People Partner, where she quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to business leaders and played a key role in advancing the organization’s people agenda. Her promotion to Head of People reflects the confidence Dyer has in her leadership and her ability to build a high-performing, people-focused workplace that supports the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Dyer, Sara served as HR Partner at Jackson Hogg Limited, where she partnered with business leaders to deliver strategic human resources initiatives and strengthen employee engagement. Earlier, she spent nearly seven years with tombola, progressing through a series of increasingly responsible HR roles including HR Student Placement, HR Administrator, People Advisor, and Human Resources Business Partner. During her tenure, she gained broad experience across HR operations, business partnering, talent management, employee relations, people technology, and organizational development, building a strong foundation in modern human resources leadership.

Earlier in her career, Sara also held positions with Dyson as an Expert and Sage as a Technical Support Assistant, developing valuable customer service, operational, and technical expertise that has complemented her people leadership journey.

As Head of People, Sara will lead Dyer’s people strategy, focusing on attracting and developing talent, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a collaborative culture that supports innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
