Nisus Finance Appoints Marwan Jassim Al Sarkal as Vice Chairman

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — Nisus Finance Services Co. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Marwan Jassim Al Sarkal as Vice Chairman. In this strategic leadership role, he will support the company’s long-term vision of delivering high-performance investment solutions while strengthening its focus on responsible capital allocation, real estate investments, and sustainable value creation.

A distinguished business leader with extensive experience spanning investment, infrastructure, economic development, and strategic advisory, Marwan brings a proven track record of building institutions, driving transformational growth, and creating lasting value. Reflecting on his appointment, he shared that throughout his career he has believed leadership is about creating opportunities, building trust, and leaving organizations stronger than they were found. He also noted that joining Nisus Finance provides an opportunity to contribute to an organization committed to long-term investment, disciplined execution, and meaningful impact for investors, businesses, and communities.

Alongside his new role, Marwan continues to serve as Managing Partner at Chapter 3 LLC, a boutique management consulting firm that advises corporations, family offices, and government entities on business strategy and transformation. He also serves as Chairman of Micropolis Robotics, Founder of Al Mur Investment, and Board Member of VAAN Mobility, where he supports innovation across artificial intelligence, robotics, mobility, and emerging technologies.

Earlier in his career, Marwan spent more than 13 years as Executive Chairman of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), where he played a pivotal role in driving economic diversification and spearheading landmark investment and infrastructure projects across the Emirate of Sharjah. During this period, he also held board leadership positions with Eagle Hills UAE, Mabanee Shurooq, and Qatra Water Solutions, contributing to major real estate, infrastructure, and urban development initiatives across the region.

As Vice Chairman, Marwan is expected to leverage his extensive experience in investment strategy, governance, and institutional leadership to support Nisus Finance’s continued expansion, strengthen its investment platform, and drive long-term value creation across its diversified financial services portfolio.
