Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 – Raj Tanwar has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at AIonOS, a joint venture between InterGlobe and Assago aimed at transforming businesses into AI-native enterprises. In his new role, Raj will drive the HR strategy, talent transformation, and digital workforce innovation, aligning with the company’s mission to integrate generative AI into business operations.
Before joining AIonOS, Raj Tanwar served as CSO & Head of Human Resources at Advantage Club Technologies Inc. for nearly 3 years, where he contributed to global HR strategies for a SaaS platform focused on employee engagement and benefits across 100+ countries.
Prior to this, he was Vice President Human Resources at Concentrix, where he led HR strategies across India and ASEAN for nearly 6 years, focusing on organizational transformation and leadership development.
Earlier, he founded 7Redstones, a consulting firm where he specialized in HR digital innovation and leadership strategies. His previous leadership roles also include serving as Head HR – Corp & International Business at Cipla, Senior Vice President – HR at Thomas Cook India Limited, and Group General Manager – HR at Punj Lloyd Limited, overseeing HR functions across APAC, South Africa, UAE, and Singapore.
