Rockville, Maryland, United States, January 2025 – Chris March has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In this new role, he will lead the company’s strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to support the company’s continued growth in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Chris March has been with Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for over three years, previously serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources, where he played a key role in overseeing HR operations, driving employee performance strategies, and supporting the company’s focus on the central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic space.
Before joining Supernus, Chris was the Director of Human Resources at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research for approximately five years, where he managed HR operations for a 2,300-employee federally funded research facility. Earlier, he held the position of Head of Human Resources at Lonza, leading organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at Knorr Brake Company, MedImmune, Randstad, BP Solar, and Corning Incorporated, contributing over two decades of expertise in HR leadership, strategic planning, and employee development.
